Brunnenpark LLP was founded in 2011 by a group of like-minded people with solid experience in international trade in various industries - from the supply of industrial equipment to the procurement of consumer goods. Over the years, we have managed to form reliable business relationships with suppliers and partners around the world and a professional and flexible team of employees. At the time of foundation, the jurisdiction of registration of the company was chosen the United Kingdom, the most favorable legal and tax regimes for international trade at that time.In 2021, the shareholders decided to change jurisdiction to Switzerland, in connection with Brunnenpark Commerce Sarl was created, which is the full legal successor of Brunnenpark LLP.
